A public intervention by Manali Jagtap Nyheim to alter the media ecology of Chalkwell Park (Southend-on-Sea)

SYNOPSIS:
Why do people jog? What does jogging do emotionally and physically? Among many of the benefits are boosted visual memory and ability to recall images.
A humorous intervention, it uses the foot paths of the joggers in the Park and stimulates reflection and enhances the psychological benefits of jogging. Eight stencils were drawn on the main jogging path of the Park:
